What is Infrared Sauna?

Reset and refresh your entire body. Unlike regular saunas, an infrared sauna targets and heats up your body and not just the room. A 15 minute session inside our infrared sauna will increase your white blood cells, helping your body rid of toxins, boost your cardiovascular health, and even improve brain funcitons.

Infrared sauna have been used for many years to help patients with chronic heart failures and other conditions. A single session is equivalent to running 2-3 miles, and a heat-conditioned person can easily sweat off 600-800 kcal with no adverse effects.
